After years of diverse experience in international development, entrepreneurship, marketing, and project management, Zaineb Fakhfekh is now the Managing Director of Impact Partner. Her career includes roles as International Development Manager at SPOT GT, Owner & CEO of Wistiti, Marketing and Strategy Manager at Omniacom, and Project Manager at IGL Distribution. These experiences have equipped her to effectively lead Impact Partner since July 2020.
Aicha Daoulatli
Aicha Daoulatli is the Admin @ HR at Impact Partner since January 2019 , She was a diverse experience in Kuwait in tnternational low between the period between 2014 and 2018,
Achraf Zayani
Achraf Zayani has been the Head of Finance at Impact Partner since January 2023. Previously, he was an Assistant Manager at BIAT, where he specialized in financial software and interbank communications. As the National Finance Head at AIESEC in Tunisia, Achraf ensured financial sustainability, transparency, and supported strategic decision-making. These roles have equipped him with the skills to excel in his current position, driving financial success at Impact Partner.
Soulayma Ouerghmi
Soulayma is the MEAL Officer at Yunus Social Business since April 2023. She founded ChicasLab to empower local women. Previously, she worked at FHI 360 and Islamic Relief Worldwide, enhancing her expertise in monitoring and evaluation. Her diverse experience in project management and coordination, including roles at Oxfam and the British Council, equips her to drive impactful initiatives.
Khaled Mezghanni
Khaled leads the CFJt initiative in Tunis. With over 5 years of experience, he currently serves as a Program Manager at Green4Youth (since September 2021), focusing on environmental initiatives. Previously, he worked as a Freelance Technical Sales Coach at Skills21 (May 2021 - August 2021) and held managerial roles at Wantotrip (January 2021 - May 2021), organizing over 25 events with 350 participants. Khaled's expertise spans event management, marketing, sales, and community engagement.
Khoubaib Ayari
After several years of experience in project management and incubation programs, I joined Impact Partner as a Program Manager in Open Innovation. My journey includes roles at WIKI START UP, Sfax-International, and ILEYCOM, where I honed my skills in project design, strategic coordination, financial management, and incubation support. These roles have equipped me to effectively lead and innovate in my current position.
Ahlem Ghazouani
Ahlem has been leading different programs in Impact Partner for more than a year , with a focus on impact investment. With over 4 years of experience, Ahlem previously worked with different ecosystem actors such as OurDigitalFuture, Flat6labs, Biatlabs and Level 1 but also worked with the french ecocystem actor Startup Brics on their annual Summit Emerging Valley . With a background in Finance , Business Analytics and European Economic Studies , Ahlem has been designing and implementing projects related to economic growth of the Tunisian ecosystem.
Ameni Sabri
Ameni currently serves as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Green4Youth, specializing in assessing and improving program effectiveness. Previously, she worked as a Program Officer at Flat6Labs, contributing to program development and implementation. She gained experience as a Program Intern at Ebda'y Tunisia for 11 months. Ameni also has a background in marketing, having worked as a Marketing Manager at Dulasha and as an SEO Copywriter at Philomath. Her diverse skill set includes monitoring and evaluation, program management, and marketing.
Mokhtar Fourti
Mokhtar is a Program Coordinator at Green4Youth, overseeing operations and collaborating with stakeholders. Previously, he was part of the World Cup Presentation Team at ENACTUS TBS and held roles like External Relations VP and Event Manager. Skilled in problem-solving and management, he brings valuable experience to his current position.
Rayen Mattoussi
Rayen has a background in Business analytics and international business economics. He serves as an in-house entrepreneur at Impact partner working with different ecosystem actors. He has built a diverse professional portfolio as an Operations Specialist at Nqollek Haja ,a Head of Sales and operations at the educational startup Croki. Additionally, he served as a Sales Representative at Eventizer and a Business Developer at International Highway.
